They advised that engine needs to be removed in order to repair.its not actually the cover that is leaking, but rather the oil puddles up at the bottom and slowly drips. I had timing belt, water pump and all three seals replaced on 97 accord I bought. I had the work done because the balancer shaft seal was leaking.
